What do you make?
I make handcrafted little pieces of artwork and jewelry out of various materials, but mainly polymer clay.

Where do you ship?
With the setup of my new website, I am offering only USA shipping currently.
How much is shipping?
5$ flat fee anywhere in the US.
How do you ship?
Packages are secured using recycable or reusable or reused materials! The cardboard boxes I use are ordered from Amazon right now (noting this for transparency, though I hope to find an alternative supplier for my boxes soon, finances allowing), the wrapping and stuffing is often reused from other packages I have recieved, junk mail, recyclable or reusable materials I have purchased, etc. Your package will not contain new plastics, organza baggies, or anything else that doesnt serve more than one purpose! Packages sometimes contain stickers, though I am no longer purchasing these, they are all leftovers or are handmade! I am always open to suggestions and recommendations for sustainable packaging materials and methods, just shoot me an email!
Packages are mailed via USPS first class.
How long does shipping take?
From the day of your order, it can take me anywhere from 1 to 5 business days (meaning no weekends) to get your package wrapped up and mailed out. From there, the USPS usually takes anywhere from 3 to 1,000 business days for delivery. Just kidding! Actually, I'm not. The USPS is a very complex machine, and since the pandemic (and before, to be honest) shipping times as well as tracking have not been following a set of rules. I have had packages take 4 weeks to reach their destinations, but I have also had them delivered within 2 days. I would estimate 4 to 9 business days for delivery, but again, nothing is for sure. On this note, packages may arrive damaged by USPS, or may get lost in the system (neither of these has happened to me yet but I know they can), if either of these happens to you, please email me ASAP and I will correct the issue.
Do you offer refunds?
In general, no, but I do offer refunds if the product arrives damaged, or is damaged by a freak accident. Please double check all purchases, including product description, shipping info, etc, before buying.
Do you do customs/commissions?
Yes! Please email me, or check my instagram bio to see if commissions are open.
How much do customs cost?
It depends! Usually 5 to 20$ more than a non customized peice of the same type/category. We will discuss and agree on the price in emails before I begin custom work. Side note : I want to make sure my work is afforable and fits many peoples budgets, but this is not a time for bargaining. Please respect my commission prices!
